照片中，BamBam與Mina頭靠著頭，且BamBam似乎是倚在Mina的手臂上，感覺兩人非常的親密。但是照片一出現後，許多網友跳出來認為照片是合成的，並非真的合照，而對此兩人所屬的經紀公司JYP則是回應，照片非合成，兩人只是關係好的同事，沒有交往。如此模糊不清的回答，讓外界更加揣測兩人的關係。

有民眾向媒體爆料，指位於基隆市七堵區的中華貨櫃場，有1名離職員工確診罹患肺結核，並傳染給其他40名員工，衛生局卻沒有給予任何防護措施，衛生局則澄清，檢驗出16位有潛伏感染得員工，並不會把肺結核傳染給他人，請民眾不用過度恐慌。
投訴民眾表示，去年11月間衛生局就知道貨櫃場裡有人感染肺結核，甚至還傳染給他人，但衛生局僅來貨櫃場做篩檢，事後沒有再施做任何防護措施，結果今年初被通知再去做抽血檢驗時，居然有16名員工被通知有「肺結核潛伏感染」，大家都怕個半死，但衛生局似乎不是很在意，讓感染員工求助無門，感到相當無奈。
對此，衛生局疾病管制科長郭香蘭表示，去年11月接獲一名在貨櫃場工作的55歲的男性員工，確診罹患肺結核，由於個案在可傳染期間，仍在貨櫃場上班，衛生局派員前往疫情調查，篩檢這名病患在40小時內密切接觸的同事，總計共125人。
郭香蘭說，衛生局於上年12月13日調派X光車前往貨櫃場為125人篩檢，並無發現任何異樣，但在今年1月11日再做抽血檢查後，6日報告出爐，有16人呈現潛伏感染，另有27人數值偏高，疑似陽性反應。
不過郭香蘭強調，「潛伏感染」僅代表體內有潛藏結核菌，並非是感染者，也不會把肺結核傳染給他人，同時貨櫃場也並非結核病群聚感染，衛生局已將43人轉介到基隆長庚醫院及基隆醫院，由醫師評估是否需接受潛伏感染治療，同時也協助投藥，避免這43人一旦抵抗力變差時，轉變成感染者。
郭香蘭呼籲，肺結核初期可能會出現咳嗽、有痰、發燒、倦怠、體重減輕，嚴重者呼吸會喘，症狀類似感冒，民團購眾若連續咳嗽2周以上，應盡速前往胸腔內科或感染科治療。
